Where it comes from
Honey is of natural, animal origin. It is produced by bees from the nectar of flowers, which they gather and transform before storing it in the cells of the hive.
Its composition can vary according to the flowers foraged and its origin. It notably contains natural sugars, water, organic acids, minerals and various antioxidant compounds.
